‘MUTANT X’ STAR VICTOR WEBSTER TO GUEST STAR IN THE SEASON SIX PREMIERE OF ‘SEX AND THE CITY,’ SET TO AIR SUNDAY, JUNE 22 ON HBO

From MutantX.net

Los Angeles, June 11 – MUTANT X star Victor Webster will guest star in the sixth season premiere of HBO’s hit series Sex and the City, airing Sunday, June 22 at 9:00 p.m. (ET/PT). In the episode, Webster plays a stockbroker and Samantha’s (Kim Cattrall) latest love interest, but can’t reveal additional details about his character except to say that “handcuffs are involved.”

Webster, who stars as series regular Brennan Mulwray in Tribune Entertainment’s nationally syndicated sci-fi drama MUTANT X, also recently appeared in the smash hit comedy Bringing Down the House, starring Steve Martin and Queen Latifah. In the film, he played the handsome young love interest of Steve Martin’s ex-wife (Jean Smart).

Now in its second successful season and renewed for a third, MUTANT X revolves around a group of reluctant heroes who were unwitting test subjects of genetic experimentation. As a result, they developed astonishing – and sometimes deadly – powers – which they use in secret missions to help others when conventional methods fail. Webster’s character Brennan, a member of the Mutant X team, is able to generate and propel massive bolts of electricity in the team’s battles against evil.

Webster was named by People magazine as one of the “50 Most Eligible Bachelors” of 2002, putting him in the company of such superstars as Jason Timberlake and George Clooney. He first became known to television audiences in the role of Nicholas Alamain on Days of Our Lives. Additional TV credits include Sunset Beach and The Lot.
